Muffins Chocolat/Banane – Chocolate And Banana Muffins

Muffins Chocolat/Banane – Chocolate And Banana Muffins

RECIPE IN ENGLISH

CHOCOLATE AND BANANA MUFFINS

As part of my decision to tend towards zero waste, I hardly buy any industrial cakes or cookies any more.
So, yes, I use cupcake paper liners, not really zero waste, but I avoid the muffin box, the plastic container and its wrapper, it’s already a start!
So I try to organize myself! I take 2 hours each week to bake or prepare treats for my family’s snacks and breakfasts. I prepare the puddings, juices and cookies for the week.
These muffins are sometimes part of my baking plan! Very simple to make, I’m sure you’ll like them as much as we do!

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 80g / 3/8 cups granulated cane sugar
  • 150g / 5.29 oz all purpose flour
  • 11g / 0.38 oz baking powder
  • 200g / 7.05 oz melter chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80g / 2.82 fl. oz melter butter
  • 125ml / 2.82 fl. oz semi-skimmed or whole milk
  • 2 ripe bananas

Directions:

You can either use a stand mixer or combine everything in a bowl. I use my stand mixer to save time.
Preheat the oven to 210°C / 410°F / Th 7
In the bowl of the stand mixer whisk the eggs and sugar together.
Add the flour and the milk alternately to avoid lumps.
Then add the yeast, melted butter, salt and melted chocolate.
Prepare muffin tins, in which you can place a paper liner, or butter and flour the tins.
Pour the mix in the liners halfway up.
Cut the bananas into pieces of about 2 cm / 0.78 inches, depending on the size of your muffin tins.
Push a piece of banana into each liner.
Place the muffins halfway up in your hot oven and bake for about 20/25 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes before removing the muffin liners from the tins. Let cool longer if you did not use liners before removing the muffins from the tins.
